The Peterson Family

Right before we found out that we were expecting we were looking at this cute two story house in Allendale. We loved it. We were about 95% sure we were going to put an offer on it and move from Jenison to Allendale.
We went on vacation, I got and ear infection, went to the dr. and found out I was pregnant! So, we decided to wait on the house.
Fast forward 2 years and we now live in Allendale...right down the road from the house we were going to buy and I get a call from Jenny. She wants me to take her daughters/family portraits. And, she lives right next to house #1. How crazy is that?

Last night I went to the home of Dave and Jenny Peterson and their two beautiful little girls. What a sweet family. Their little girls are just gorgeous, as you can see! I set up my studio in their living room, took some pictures of the girls and of the family and then we headed to GVSU and took some more there.

It was a great night. I really enjoyed meeting you guys and look forward to a play date with the kids!

After our session, I headed over to my parents house to pick up Carson. The sky was getting really dark and the clouds were just freaky looking! They were swirling and I thought for sure we were going to see some funnel clouds coming across the field. Anyone who knows me well...knows that I have terrible dreams about tornados. Yikes!
