Becca and Kevin

It seems as if Becca and Kevin have always been together.

I have known Becca and her family for about 8 or so years. Maybe longer, I don't remember. I met both Becca and Kevin through Becca's sister Carrie. Carrie was my maid of honor and I was in her wedding just a few years ago. Carrie and I met back in our good ole banking days. We were best buds for quite some time and she is still one of my dearest friends. Carrie has 3 sisters and 2 brothers so I over time got to know her entire family and I think they are some of the kindest, funniest, and most sincere people that I know. I have watched some of them graduate, get married, have kids, and move. Somehow, I always know what they are up to.

Becca and Kevin live in Arkansas but this 4th of July made the trip up to Michigan to spend time with family. While here, Kevin asked Becca to marry him! What a happy day! I remember being so excited when I heard the news. They asked if I had the day available and thank goodness I did because I would have been so disappointed if I was not able to do their wedding.

With just a couple months to plan everything, Becca and Kevin got married at Macatawa Legends in Holland this past weekend. It was perfect. Their reception was also held there. They did a great job and it is such a beautiful place to get married. They had a ton of natural light which is just perfect for pictures and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to get married or to have a banquet.

Becca, I think you were one of the most radiant brides I have ever seen. Seriously. You are just so beautiful both on the inside and outside and I was just honored beyond belief to be a part of your special day. You make me laugh. You're SO stinken funny. Take good care of that guy, I can tell he loves you. It was very clear to me just in the way he looks at you.

And Kevin, take good care of that girl. She is a special one (I'm sure you know that). I know that you will take good care of her because I can tell that is what kind of a guy you are.

Even though every day stresses like jobs, kids, and the miles between us can keep us from seeing each other as often as we would like, I know that I have very good friends in the Mulder family and will for a VERY long time. Thanks guys for inviting me to share your special day with you!

Enjoy your slide show and I will be in touch soon!
