Missy & Lu=Made by Love

Wow, it's a maternity marathon!

This maternity session has been a long time coming and I was thrilled when Missy and Lu (Okay, mostly Missy) asked me to do it for them. Some of you may recognize Missy. She has helped me with many weddings over the past couple of years and she has honestly been one of my biggest supporters. She's just plain awesome. And not just because she supports me and loves what I do, but because she is a genuine and caring friend.

Missy and Lu have been through a lot of the same things that Ryan and I have been through. It's funny because I have received many cards from Missy throughout our friendship telling me how much I mean to her and how Ryan and I have helped her and Lu in some of their darkest times. Those cards were always cherished. But, it is funny how things can turn around. At one time Ryan and I might have been the encourager's but in recent months have found encouragement from Missy and Lu. Without going through a lot of details, I just want you guys to know that we love you and appreciate your friendship more than you know.

Once again, I was given free reign on the locations tonight and that is always so much fun! I love trying new places. I had just a few places in mind (McDonald's not being one of them, but hey, we have to feed the daddy too) and we found some cool new spots on the way!

Missy and Lu are keeping everyone in suspense as they have chosen not to find out the sex of the baby. They aren't even revealing names. I don't know how they do it.

Little Thumper, you are one very special little baby. I know without a doubt that you are going to have awesome parents that are going to love you, adore you, and teach you all kinds of fun things. Not only are you going to be loved but I am sure you will know a thing or two about hunting and fishing.

Thanks guys for inviting me to share in this special time in your lives.

We LOVE them! Thanks so much for taking them. It was so fun to hang out and go on an adventure with you. I have to say my favorite part was Carson touching my belly last night. It was way too adorable. Love you!
